There are creative things you can go to pass the time - Pedim Healthcare

Mini-Backyard Pool

Not everyone has a pool at their home; luckily, many stores carry pools of varying sizes. Ranging from the smaller kiddie pools to larger above-ground pools, many of your neighbors have grabbed what’s still in stock and have started relaxing pool-side.

Depending on the size of the pool you can muster up, everybody in the family can join in and have a good time. Kids can splash and play while you lounge on the sidelines.

Build an obstetrical course in your backyard and incorporate the pool and a sprinkler for added drama. Sip a fancy umbrella drink with a pineapple garnish for an enhanced lounging experience.

Driveway Artwork

Many families are sharing their driveway artistic designs that they’ve done in chalk. Grab some colorful chalk and go out front with your kids and draw out ideas for them to color or let them go crazy.

Neighborhoods get a refreshing color palette as people go on walks or drive to the store. It brightens up any area and brings some cheer to the community. It’s as easy as an afternoon shower or a quick run with the water hose to get a new canvas for the next day.

Run the Bases

Opening day has come and gone without a cheer this year due to many sports leagues having suspended play. That doesn’t mean you can’t bring baseball home and enjoy America’s favorite pastime.

Head to an open area with a ball, glove, and bat. You can your kids can throw the ball around and take turns at-bat. Recreate the mannerisms of your favorite players and have a ton of fun just doing something you love.

What have you been doing to keep things interesting at home? Share your favorite ideas or videos with us. We’d love to see your smiling faces and see what great things our neighbors are doing in our community.
